With the rapid spread of Covid-19 (Coronavirus), Flat Monthly’s priority throughout this period is the safety of our staff and our valued clients, and to ensure that all tenants have safe and reliable accommodation.

Knowing that we are in a sensitive period, we decide to take the following actions:

Remote Working: As advised by the respective Governments in the jurisdictions in which we operate Flat Monthly has been implementing remote working arrangements and rotational office work for our staff in Singapore, Thailand & Malaysia.

Uninterrupted Service: As a web-based company, all of our business operations will continue as normal and every day we continue to help our customers find their new condo as fast and hassle-free way possible.

Move-in & Move-out Service: will be provided and accompanied by our staff in a safe, protected and touchless process. At all times, you will continue to have full 100% access to our online platform and communication channels. You can contact our team at any time via online communication platforms such as our website chat, email, Whatsapp, LINE, etc…
