WHAT YOU PAY ON BOOKING
Once your booking request has been accepted by
the landlord, your credit card will be charged an amount equal
to the first month rental, plus Reservation Fee and taxes and the
first month living services. If your request is not accepted by the
landlord within 48 hours, your credit is not charged, and we
will be in touch to discuss alternative apartments
WHAT YOU PAY ON MOVE IN
On move in you will be required to pay directly to the Landlord the security deposit. This will be returned by the landlord within 30 days after moving out.
WHAT YOU PAY DURING THE STAY
All payments for rental are now paid directly to the landlord ,
monthly in advance. Living Services provided directly from the
landlord will also be paid to them, or the official utilities
providers. Living Services arranged by Hmlet Listed or our
service partners, will be automatically charged to your credit
card.
WHAT YOU RECEIVE AFTER MOVE OUT
Your security deposit will be returned by the landlord within
30 days after you have moved out. Any damages or unpaid
utilities etc will be deducted from this amount. Any Living
Services will be automatically stopped at the move out time,
unless you advise us otherwise.
REMARK
The payment plan can be variable and subject to landlord & country.
